I recently met Rich Lanning who was referred by a friend to assist me in finding a Memory Care facility for my sister. Rich proved to be the consummate professional who went over and beyond to assist me. His quick response to my phone call and subsequent follow up was very helpful in easing the burden of my search. I recently worked with  Rich Lanning when trying to find a Memory Care for my father who was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia. Considering my father went from being independent to going to assisted living in a matter of weeks, it was a small amount of time to make a decision. Rich listened to my concerns  and made recommendations based on my needs. He was quick, responsive and extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. Able to get me appointments for tours quickly and gave great advice along the way. Where we ended up placing my father was perfect and so far he’s enjoying it. Couldn’t have done it without Rich. I was fortunate to reach out to Rich Lanning the day after Christmas to advise our family in finding an assisted living location in the Wayne area for my mother.  By the next day, Rich provided us a list of recommended facilities, based on our needs, and had scheduled the visits. Unfortunately, my mom's health suddenly changed leading to a hospital and rehab stays but Rich continued to provide support and advice through the next month including joining me on site tour.  His advice, expertise, knowledge, and compassion was of immense value to me and my family. Assisted Living Locators was exactly what I needed when looking for a top of the line facility for my parents. I had zero knowledge or experience walking into this daunting task of finding my parents a new home, but Rich made it easy for me. We had a discovery call and he was off to the races. We saw many different places over the course of a couple of months, narrowed it down to a few, took my parents on a tour, got feedback, saw a couple more and we landed on the ideal location. Rich did all the heavy lifting, all I needed to do was show up and give feedback.

Rich is absolutely AMAZING. When we faced sudden caregiving responsibilities for our parents and were completely lost about where to turn to and what to do, Rich was recommended to us, and he has single-handedly been the best resource, partner, supporter, and navigator of the assisted living/memory care space imaginable. Even now, over a month after our parents moved into a facility, he calls regularly, constantly checking in with us, providing us new resources to assist us with our ongoing caregiving responsibilities, and proactively reaches out to the facility when we have new questions or face challenges. He is always available, extremely quick at getting back to us, kind, compassionate, and makes you feel like you are the only person he is working with - he is that focused on you and helping your family find the best outcome. When I think back on the last few months, I cannot possibly imagine having gotten through it without Rich.
